A Vietnam War veteran, Dr. De Munbrun served as a career federal employee who was an advisor to government officials counseling them on a wide variety of issues related to the dissemination of (Web and non-Web-based) information to the media and the public.  He holds a B.A. in Radio, Television and Film and M.A. in Mass Communication from California State University, Northridge.  His interests include the relationship between the media and public policy, in particular anti-hunger policy in America.
