Wong holds an M.Sc. in Security Studies from University College London and a B.S.Sc. in Journalism and Communication from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. His research explores framing, strategic narratives and securitization in international news. He utilizes a mix of natural language processing, machine learning, statistical, and qualitative methods to analyze media text and large data sets.
