Julia Joseph '22

Julia Joseph ’22 is an on-air reporter at News12 in New York City. She is a proud Terp and loves to tell everyone she meets out in the field reporting that she is #MerrillMade.

Joseph attributes much of her early successes in her career to the Philip Merrill College of Journalism. In college, she took full advantage of the opportunities to report in Washington, D.C., Annapolis and sports all over campus. With the help of learning from some of the best professors in the business, she thanks Merrill for the experiences that she had going into the workforce.

Joseph is originally from Massachusetts and is an avid Boston sports fan. The only team she loves more than the Red Sox is Terps basketball.
