In conjunction with the UMD Alumni Association, Merrill College has launched the Philip Merrill College of Journalism Alumni Network. As a volunteer-led effort, the network's mission is to:

Facilitate a strong and ongoing relationship between Merrill students, faculty and alumni
Provide a supportive environment that nurtures the professional and personal development of network members
Create a community beyond the University of Maryland campus for all alumni.

All our alumni are automatically part of the Merrill College Alumni Network if they are members of the UMD Alumni Association. A portion of your dues directly support the network's activities. To join, please visit alumni.umd.edu/join.
