Olivia Logan '08

Olivia Logan, APR, is a 2008 graduate of the University of Maryland’s Philip Merrill College of Journalism and an alum of UMTV, WMUC and The Diamondback. She is a communications specialist for Booz Allen Hamilton, providing communications support for the undersecretary of defense for personnel and readiness.

Logan is a former journalist and current accredited communications professional with over a decade of experience in public relations, multimedia production, business operations, hospitality and event management, learning and development, organizational change management and executive-level administrative support. Between growing up as the daughter of a naval officer and many years as a defense contractor, Logan has considerable knowledge of the military, specifically public affairs, policy, operations and lifestyle.

Throughout her military upbringing, Logan called many places home, though her family established roots outside Annapolis, Maryland, in 2001. She currently lives in Washington, D.C., with her four-legged roommate, Penny.
