COLLEGE PARK — The University of Maryland’s Philip Merrill College of Journalism earned Pulitzer Prize recognition for the first time in its history Monday when the Howard Centers for Investigative Journalism's “Lethal Restraint” collaboration was named a finalist for the Pulitzer for Investigative Reporting.
