Evan Klein joined the University of Maryland's Philip Merrill College of Journalism and School of Public Policy as an embedded counselor in 2024.

Klein has experience working as a Licensed Counselor within various outpatient mental health programs in Denver, Colorado, with a focus on teen and young adult populations. He has a passion for helping students discover their authentic selves and improve their overall health and well-being.

Originally from Maryland, Klein studied psychology at Towson University. He also earned a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Towson University.
