Gea Ujčić
Gea Ujčić is the instructor of record for the JOUR452/WGSS452 Women in the Media course at the Philip Merrill College of Journalism. Ujčić first came to Merrill College as a Fulbright Scholar to earn an M.A. in Journalism and returned for the doctoral program.
Ujčić's work focuses on the intersection of journalism, gender, marginality, othering and violence in both the context of postsocialism and Southeast Europe and with a broader theoretical lens.
