Journalism Alumni-Student Career Week is back! During the week of Feb. 21-25, the University of Maryland Philip Merrill College of Journalism will be hosting informational interviews with alumni working in a host of journalism- and media-related fields, as well as a series of virtual panel discussions featuring alumni beginning this week.

Internationally renowned broadcast journalist Tom Bettag, a lecturer at the University of Maryland Philip Merrill College of Journalism, will be inducted into the National Capital Chesapeake Bay Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences’ prestigious Gold Circle this year.
