COLLEGE PARK -- Capital News Service, the nonprofit, student-powered news organization run by the University of Maryland Philip Merrill College of Journalism, on Thursday launched a website to help Marylanders navigate the sometimes-confusing process of getting vaccinated for the coronavirus.
Merrill College Dean Lucy Dalglish Named Finalist for Scripps Howard Award

Merrill's Ira Chinoy Wins AEJMC Award for Excellence in Teaching Media History
COLLEGE PARK -- The Association for Education in Journalism and Mass Communication (AEJMC) History Division has named Dr. Ira Chinoy, an associate professor at the University of Maryland Philip Merrill College of Journalism, one of five winners of the Jinx Coleman Broussard Award for Excellence in the Teaching of Media History.
